Julie Lewis,
founder of Mountain High ME, shared her experience with WIB participants on
May 30 in the self-empowering and motivational tool of Power of Three
concept, an easy, motivational practice of combining lifestyle balance of
spiritual, mental, and physical health that women can do as part of our
daily routine.
With a unique mixture of sports, outdoor adventure trips for
women, and NLP coaching, Julie organizes outdoor adventure trips and
trainings that stretched participating women’s physical ability and mental
preparedness, to reach an inner balance, to re-energize their body, and to
challenge themselves.
She took us through some simple, yet powerful tools to show
us how we can take ourselves out of our ordinary routine and to dare
ourselves to dream doing what we have longed for doing in our life.
Finally, we all practiced visualization as a mental technique that can help
us imagine the details concerning realization of our dream.
By focusing our mental power on seeing and feeling the
details concerning a dream coming true, we were shown how to use the power
of thoughts and turn ourselves into a “MAD” woman, someone who Makes
A Difference, or an Everest woman who climbs her own Mt.
Everest.
