Indulge Chicken
(serves 1)

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup cream
2-3 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 small onion chopped finely
1 - 1 1/2 cups of mixed vege. like, capsicum, carrot, shallot, corn, peas, beans, etc.
plain flour
Salt and pepper

 


Method:
In a hot pan put your onion and garlic and lightly fry not to much color, place your flour dusted chicken and seal (DO NOT COLOR)  when sealed add white wine and as that starts to reduce add your cream and vege. Up to here should take about 2-3 mins, at this stage you need to season with salt and pepper. NB watch the cream does not separate
(change to fats ans solids ) it can happen around the edge of the pan. Check the chicken is cooked (for the first couple of times do not be affraid to cut open the biggest piece to check) and serve.
