With an
MBA from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon,
the USA, and an MScECM from the Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology, Doris has a wealth of practical
experience in operations, consulting, communications,
and general management working for Fortune 500 and FTSE
100 multinationals in the U.S., Singapore, Hong Kong,
and China.
With
over 20 years of experience in general management of
sizeable operations in the Asia Pacific area, Doris
spent most of her time in recent years in China running
multinational foreign and JV operations. She had set up
representative offices for foreign corporations and
established the retail and franchise businesses for a
Hong Kong listed company in China. She has also
acquired a diversity of hands on and consulting
experiences in public relations, agricultural,
industrial, and FMCG products and services for consumers
in different Chinese cities, as well as working with
government agencies at various levels and at different
geographic locations.
Doris
is the Managing Director for C. Russell International,
an executive recruitment company focusing on search of
mid to board level executive positions for
multinationals and local clients in different
professional functions in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.
